GetKeys Auto Locksmith
At GetKeys Auto Locksmith, we take pride in delivering professional, on-site automotive locksmith services with honesty and care. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction on every job.
1. Services
Because all key cutting, programming, and diagnostic services are performed as custom work on-site, service fees are non-refundable once the job is completed.
If a service issue arises, we will assess the situation and, where applicable, offer a correction, re-programming, or re-cut at no additional charge.
2. Products
If a supplied key, remote, or component is found to be defective within 7 days of service, we will inspect it and, if confirmed faulty, offer a free repair or replacement at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued for damage caused by misuse, water exposure, battery failure, or tampering after delivery.
3. Deposits
Any deposits paid to secure booking, parts, or special key orders are non-refundable once parts are ordered or allocated, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations
If a cancellation is made before the technician has been dispatched, no call-out fee will apply.
If cancellation occurs after the technician is en route or has arrived, a call-out fee will still be charged to cover travel and time.
5. Warranty
All new keys and remotes provided by GetKeys Auto Locksmith carry a 30-day workmanship warranty from the date of service.
This warranty covers reprogramming or re-cutting due to a verified workmanship issue.
