Usually yes. Gate remotes wear out from daily use and often need replacing and pairing again. Tell us the make on WhatsApp and we will confirm before we drive out.
The car does not recognise the key any more. What now?
That is usually the transponder or the remote unit rather than the key itself. We code it back to the car at your driveway.
